Our inspection includes the roof coverings, roof structure and attic, foundation, grading and drainage, ceilings and floors, windows, stairways, fireplaces and chimneys, porches, balconies, and carports, along with other accessible areas and components of the property.

Yes. Buying a home “as is” means the seller is not agreeing to make repairs. It does not mean you should buy the home without knowing its condition. A home inspection gives you valuable information about the property so you can make an informed decision about your purchase.

No. A home cannot pass or fail a home inspection. The purpose of an inspection is to report on the current condition of the property. Each item inspected will be identified as functioning as intended, not functioning as intended, not present, or not inspected.

No, you do not have to be present for the entire inspection. You are welcome to attend the inspection, or you can join us toward the end for a personal walkthrough with the inspector and an opportunity to ask questions.If you prefer to be present for the entire inspection, you are welcome to do so. If you cannot attend, that's okay too. The completed inspection report is provided promptly to all appropriate parties, so you can review the findings at your convenience.
